Courier Guy Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users of Courier Guy can delete their game account and associated data.

Courier Guy is developed and operated under the Mad Budgie Games name. Mad Budgie Games is used as the name of the development team and project and does not represent a separate legal entity.

Delete Your Account in the Game

If you have access to Courier Guy, you can initiate account deletion directly from within the game.

1. Open Courier Guy.
2. Open AYARLAR (Settings).
3. Select Hesabı Sil (Delete Account).
4. Review the warning and confirm the deletion request when prompted.

If You No Longer Have Access to the Game

If you cannot access Courier Guy or cannot use the in-game deletion option, you can request account deletion by email.

1. Send an email to madbudgie.dev@gmail.com with the subject Courier Guy Account Deletion Request.
2. Send the request from the email address associated with your Courier Guy account whenever possible.
3. Include your in-game Player ID or account UID if it is available. Do not send your password, payment card details, authentication codes, or other sensitive credentials.
4. If necessary, we may request limited additional information to verify that the request relates to the correct account before completing the deletion.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Where associated with the relevant account and under our control, deletion may include:

• The Courier Guy account and associated authentication record
• Account profile information and linked sign-in information
• Cloud save data and game progress
• Virtual currency and stars
• Owned or unlocked game content
• Licence progress and account-related gameplay information
• Account-specific transaction and synchronization information

Deleted game progress, virtual balances, owned content, and other account data cannot be restored after deletion.

Data That May Remain Temporarily

Certain limited information may remain temporarily in logs, diagnostic systems, backups, or third-party systems where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical operation, legal requirements, or service integrity.

Technical logs may be retained for up to 30 days, crash reports for up to 90 days, and analytics data for up to 2 months, subject to the applicable service settings and retention practices.

Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably be linked to your account may also be retained.

Information controlled independently by service providers such as Google or Apple is subject to those providers' own deletion and retention practices.

Third-Party Accounts

Deleting your Courier Guy account does not delete your separate Google, Apple, or other third-party account.

If your Courier Guy account was linked to a third-party sign-in provider, deletion removes the Courier Guy data under our control but does not delete the account you maintain with that provider.
